00350 is a corrupted form of 歰 (U+6B70) (see submitter's evidence). 止 is often confused with 山 in handwriting. 歰 (U+6B70) can also be written as 𭭴 (U+2DB74) (top 刃 for 歰 is actually upside-down 止).
