Consider Unification to 𣔖 U+23516 / 㮲.
芻 is often written as ⿱丑丑 or ⿱口丑.
Consider addition of new UCV rule ⿱口丑 = ⿱丑丑 for handling old Hanzi variants.
There is only one existing dis-unification example of ⿱口丑 from ⿱丑丑:
𤿮 (U+24FEE) = 𤿿 (U+24FFF) (皺 (U+76BA)).
There are currently existing 20 disunified ideographs between ⿱丑丑 and 芻. 芻 can also be customarily written as ⿱口丑, ⿱𠂊丑, ⿱龴丑, ⿱コ丑, 𢑑. If possible, IRG should avoid encoding yet another possible permutation.
