UNIFICATION
Consider IVD to 渤 (U+6E24).
㔜 (U+351C) is a common corrupted form of 勃 (U+52C3).
Top part of U+5B5B 孛 can be written as 木 with last two strokes as two small dots, then it can be corrupted into 爫. Writing characters containing 孛 as 孚 is rather common in Tang and Liao dynasty.
