UNIFICATION
Reconsider IVD to 𢦧 (U+229A7).
𢦧 (U+229A7) is recorded in《玉篇》and 《類篇》as 古文 of 矛, the former which predates 《四聲篇海》 by a few hundred years. Also, 《四聲篇海》 is authored in Jin Dynasty which is a non-Han regime, so a higher amount of variation in 《四聲篇海》 is expected.
Note: 𢦍 (U+2298D), is also a character head in 《四聲篇海》 as a variant of 斗.
