Should modification be made to KC-08349? If modified, the glyph will be identical to U+2EB29:

Unify to 𮬩 (U+2EB29).
HKSAR and SAT had pointed out the glyph on the evidence should be unified with 𮬩 (U+2EB29) and ROK had confirmed in their response.
All of the prior comments suggest that this should either be withdrawn or unified with 𮬩 (U+2EB29).
