The simplified form of 𤎽.
As the person-name, most of the simplified form are appears at the moment of registration, so not every character can find out the documentary evidence. Base on the high authority of the document from the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China, I think the new evidences of the simplified characters aren't necessary.
