As shown in the evidence , the lower right component is 免 rather than 兔. Should modification be made to V-F18D2 to reflect the actual shape of the glyph? If modified, then SC=11, TC=14.

We find both forms in Vietnamese and do not consider the absence or presence of the dot to be significant. IRG rules allow either, but since the form with the dot is more common, we chose to normalize using that.
