I made a mistake in previous comment: 錢大昕 argued that ⿰⿱旦來阝is a misprint of 鄡 and 中華書局 changed text from ⿰⿱旦來阝 to 鄡. Therefore, ⿰⿱旦來阝 is a semantic variant of 鄡.
