The glyph is so wired, please provide the evidence include the glyph how it is used or what it means.

This is apparently a Nôm character used by speakers of the Tày language used for the word "khua", which means "to laugh". It's a variant of 嘔.

The evidence presented, solely a chart with reading, is insufficient proof for such an unusual character. Suggest withdraw or moving to pending if further evidence is not available at this time.

The original evidence is not available to me, but it was to the people who put together the KCHN, which when published had status equivalent to a national standard in Vietnam. I'm inclined to keep it.
