According to “IRGN2347_TCA response for different shapes of the radical 辵”, TCA will modify the 辵 shape of 04340 to.

Close but no cigar. The modified 辶 component now follows ROK conventions, not ROC ones. Almost all of the TCA-submitted characters in this working set that include this component use the form that follows ROC conventions. Please use the single-dot version that is used by almost all of the other characters that include this component.
