Unify to 籸.

Here is 𥸱 (gu1) in 潮州音字典 pp.484 :

𥸱 and ⿰米凡 shares the same pronunciation in Teochew dialect, and ⿰米凡 is used in a place name of 普寧市. I suspect ⿰米凡 is a semantic variant of 𥸱.

Per 籸 in GHZR:

𥸱 and 籸 share the same meaning. Therefore 籸 ~ 𥸱 ~ ⿰米凡.

Unify to 𦰥 (U+26C25).

《字彙補》which quotes 金鏡 also uses the form 邦 (head protruding):

The two characters are variants without a doubt.

An identical glyph is also in the Moji-joho database mapped directly to 𦰥 (U+26C25):

I think either (1) change G glyph of U+26C25 and keep G source reference GHZ-53205.02, or (2) change G glyph of U+26C25 and change G source reference to GXM-00175 are fine.

The submitted glyph is used in the Chinese Individual Income Tax app (个人所得税), which is an important app for everyone lived and worked in mainland China.

And the normalized glyph (⿰鱼尧) is included in the Chinese dictionary as the simplified form of 鱙, so the normalized one is acceptable.
