阳春市 (Yángchūn County-level city) is governed by 阳江市 (Yángjiāng City). According to 阳江市地名志 (1992.10) p.161, a place name called 蒟园 (Lǎoyuán) in 春城镇 (Chūnchéng Town) is found. So WS2017-03723 may be unified to 蒟 (U+849F).

After discussion with various experts, I suggest that the new UCV [瓦, 𭂬] have the extra condition that only for etymological relation with 瓦.

We already have existing UCV rule #188a which has additional restriction "Only for rain.":

We agree with Henry's comment. To add the new UCV [瓦, 𭂬] have the extra condition that only for etymological relation with 瓦.

The meaning of this character is "that" and has no relation to 痺 (read "tê or tí), unless 痺 is meant as a phonetic. There is no clear semantic here, in fact, 卑 can be read "te", so it could be the phonetic. There is no reason to postpone this.

Why is this still shown as postponed? Vietnam is fine with the IRG assigning "theoretically correct" radicals that will never be used in practice as long as this does not cause a delay to the encoding of the character.
Radical
Henry CHAN
Individual
Keep Radical 119 米.

Following the updated IRG PnP regarding assignment of radicals, R=119 is the intuitive radical.
Radical
Eiso CHAN
Individual
As my analysis in Comment #1471 and #1472, the semantic element is 炭 and the phonetic element is 米. For this rationale, the radical should be 火. If the IRG experts consider it’s not too intuitive, we can keep the radical as 米.

The original glyph of G-source was the same with the one from UTC. It occur to me that there is a discussion between Chen Zhixiang and me about the glyph of 00002. We concluded that the last stroke should be a hook instead of a vertical. Then we changed the glyph and forgot to submit the new evidences.

This glyph is also the variant of 示 and 永.

Thanks for ROK experts send me the evidences from 龍龕手鑒, which may prove these two are different characters. Actually, 龍龕手鑒 is the only dictionary which try to separate 示 and 00002, as 龍龕手鑒 says, 示 衣 00002 usually interact with each others, which means the radical separation of 龍龕手鑒 is much more reasonable for these similar components. The only change which may lead to misunderstanding is 龍龕手鑒 changed the first stroke of 示 to a dot, and the last stroke of 00002 to a dot too. That's how the dictionary confuses us.

The original evidence for 𩵑. 《康熙字典》 showed this character was cited from 《字彙補》.

《康熙字典》

《字彙補》

If we search 弘農王 in the Internet, the most obvious result is related to 劉辨 in 《三國演義》《三國志》《後漢書》. 《字彙補》 doesn’t mean 劉辨 here. The author of《字彙》 is 梅膺祚 in Ming Dynasty, and 吴任臣 re-edited the book and changed the name to 《字彙補》, so we can guess maybe 弘農王 here means a tetrarch (藩王) in Ming Dynasty.
I finally found out the record in 《明神宗顯皇帝實録》. The name of 弘農王 is 朱倪𩵑.

In the same book, the last character of his name was also written as ⿰亻魚.

1) The two glyphs UTC-03123 (v5.2) and GHC-00004 (v5.0) are non-cognate and, therefore, should be separated (non-unifiable).

-> The glyph for GHC-00004 should be changed back from GHC-00004 (v5.0) to GHC-00004 (v2.0) as shown in the evidence.

2) If China wants to add the glyph GHC-00004 (v5.0) to UCS, China can probably submit this glyph as another char in the future (e.g., WS2021).

For the discussion about the identity of the middle component, here is the heading glyph of the entry and the same characters in the description text in the same entry. This is taken from 古逸叢書, the source material of the original evidence by TCA. The existence of the hook in the middle component is varied. So I suggest not to determine something critical by the existence of the hook. Also I note about the hook in the right component (lower-right part).
Comment
Toshiya SUZUKI

And, the same comparison for the original text (東方文化叢書), the source of the 2nd evidence by Wang Yifan, is like this (the original photo was provided by Mr. Oi Tsukasa). Also the existence of the hook is varied.
Other
Toshiya SUZUKI

And, checking the corresponding entry in 大廣益會玉篇(宋本), which is the descendant of 原本玉篇, the corresponding printing form would be 淅. The 反切 notation in 原本玉篇 is 枽激反, it corresponds to 宋本玉篇's 桑激切. 浙 in 宋本玉篇 has different 反切 notation 之列切 (unfortunately, the entry for 浙 in 原本玉篇 was lost and we cannot discuss the glyph shape, sigh).
Comment
Toshiya SUZUKI
Japan
According to 康煕字典 description, 𣶁 is 俗字 of 淅 (taken from 正字通 - yet I've not dug the source in 正字通), so 𣶁 would be another candidate of the unification.
