The left elongation of 髟 is extremely common in old texts. Add new UCV: ⿸髟X = ⿱髟X

The UTC agrees to unify UTC-03104 with 䰅 (U+4C05).
Its evidence indicates that it is cognate with 鬚 (U+9B1A). When digging into the ideograph to which unification was suggested, U+4C05 䰅, the first part of its Kangxi Dictionary entry, 1455.30, indicates that it is cognate with U+9B1A 鬚. Under the new unification rules, as long as the ideographs are cognate, which they appear to be, they are unifiable.
