Review Comments
Consider unification to 㼝.
If there seems to be a common precedent for 𭂬 as an alternative form of 瓦, I propose the addition of a new UCV for 𭂬~瓦. Note existing unification of 𡖅 and 夗 at U+299FB and WS2017-01440:
Note: 瓦 written as 𭂬 (with two dots or two horizontal strokes) seems to be systematic:
It is preferable to unify both forms to 瓦 and add it into the UCV for practical purposes.
We already have existing UCV rule #188a which has additional restriction "Only for rain.":
[𭂬] can be a variant of [瓦] or [凡].
