According to 《康熙字典‧亥集下‧鹿部‧𪊑》：“【正韻】經天切，𠀤音堅。【說文】鹿之絕有力者……”and 《康熙字典‧亥集下‧鹿部‧麉》：“ 【字彙】同𪊑。” , which ⿸鹿寸 share the same meaning and pronunciation with 𪊑, the evidence seems to be：“極有力者曰：麉、𪊑。” Therefore, I suspect that ⿸鹿寸 is the misprint of 𪊑.
