In the discussion record for WS2017-04182 (aka USAT90393), it shows IRG will add 奇 and 竒 as the new unification rule, and USAT90393 has been unified to 踦 (U+8E26), so this character should be unified to U+525E. Suggest UTC do the horizontal extension to U+8E26 in future if possible.
