Unifiable with 𠅍 U+2014D.
亾 and 亡 are considered unifiable since IRG #48.
investigate unification with 𠅍 (U+2014D); V-F1E24 is used in Nom Tay and is a borrowing from Vietnamese; both mean "lost, lose"; It could be shown that ⿺乚人 is a variant of 亡 through 亾. However, most users would probably not recognize that they are related so we are leaning toward separation.
