▲ 成化丁亥重刊改併五音類聚四聲篇（明成化刊本）卷11 folio 5a：「五佳切，水名，又鳥名」
It seems that editors of 新刻洪武元韻勘正切字海篇群玉 misinterprets 佳 as 隹 and then derived 音維 from 五隹切. After all, 猚 is not included in 新刻洪武元韻勘正切字海篇群玉 as we can see in the evidence 1.
