The evidence means the 音韻地位 of this character is 滂母, 止攝内轉二四等, 平聲, so we can confirm the phonetic is 皮 without any doubt.
The submitted evidence shows 坑～ is a Cantonese word in Guangzhou, but I have no memory on this word and I don’t know how to confirm if it is right. And, the new evidence has not provided the use case or meaning. I also find other use case for the 同文韻統 form as the pure syllable 皮日切. I have introduced the 同文韻統 system as one of the complex ideographs out of the IRG encoding works. If there is no more additional evidence or explanation, I suggest pending or postpone this character for safety.
