The semantic is the unencoded ⿲弓畐弓(SAT-08446) which is the variant of 䰜, 弜 for 䰜 is used for 象形 (象孰飪五味气上出也), and 畐 is the variant of 鬲. Both the radicals for 弜 and 畐 are OK for the second radical.
