U+2054B is cited from Kangxi Dictionary, which the book shows U+2054B is not only the variant of U+518A, but also the variant of U+2346D, which the fanqie is 所晏切. And, V-F000B is only the variant of U+518A, maybe it's sufficient to disunify them.
