Unifiable with 昼 U+663C.
Insufficient evidence that the pronunciation derives from 且 instead of 昼 (晝).
The new evidence from John Knightley on v1.1 (http://appsrv.cse.cuhk.edu.hk/~irg/irg/irg49/IRGN2241CommentsByJohnKnightley.pdf) is still not enough to overturn the assumption that this glyph is a variant of 昼, given our knowledge about the pronunciation in Zhuang.
