Unify / IVD to 英 (U+82F1).
Unify with 𮎦 (U+2E3A6)
Re. other comments proposing unification with 𮎦 (U+2E3A6). We agree that this is a variant of U+82F1, in fact we noted that in our attribute submission. We would not oppose unification, but wonder about the logic of unifying these 2 when IRG allowed U+2E3A7 to be encoded separately from U+82F1. The latter pair differ in the same components: 䒑 vs 艹
Unify with 𮎦 (U+2E3A6)
𮎦 (U+2E3A6) is the variant of 英 according to IPA.
The evidence shows the variant of V-F0830 is 英 as well.
