金是⿱𤇾口 is 金是榮's younger brother. According Note 2 of this website, 『귀암집(歸巖集)』 卷之8, 墓碣銘, [처사 김공묘갈명(處士金公墓碣銘)] gives ⿱𤇾𠮛. According to the new evidence above, ⿱𤇾𠮛 and ⿱𤇾口 are probably unifiable.
