The evidence is from a compiled index of several books including 陸澹安's 《戲曲詞語匯釋》（上海古籍出版社，1981）.
However, 《戲曲詞語匯釋》page 515 clearly gives 鴿.
So ⿰启鸟 is a misprint of 鸽. Consider not encode on this evidence.
