The source should be denoted as 《嘉泰會稽志》（明正德刊本）卷20 folio 22. 嘉泰 is an era name of 1201-1204.

The evidence is from 謝靈運《山居賦》, also quoted in 宋書.

It is interesting to note that an earlier version of 宋書 gives different shape:

百衲本 is derived from multiple 宋書 versions. 百衲本 gives ⿱山⿰目⿺乚三, which is possibly an error form of ⿱山⿰日⿺乚三.

宋書（中華書局）is based on 百衲本. So we also have ⿱山⿰目⿺乚三 in 宋書（中華書局本）page 1758.

In all, in the post-Ext. C2 era, more and more characters are now encoded directly from ancient texts, which is good for the transcription purpose. It is thus very important to offer the specific version of the source, especially those which have been circulated long. For example, instead of 爾雅, we could give 爾雅（四部叢刊初編本）. In this case we have seen ⿱山皅 have 3 different shapes in multiple versions, so a title like 宋書 virtually gives no reproduction assurance as an independent researcher may not verify the evidence and IRG can not access the sources's authoritativeness.
