蝶？

It's not better to unify to 蝶 (U+8776), because the component is too different.

I would prefer not encode an obvious graphic variant of U+8776 on the basis of this single piece of evidence. Are there other sources which show this glyph form?

If the current evidence is not suitable for encoding, it’s better to withdraw this character by China. The unification is not a good method.

Although the character is quoted from 列朝诗集, it's still reasonable for 御订佩文韵府 to change the glyph, while there are reasons for this change.
