According to the evidence, 熊會～ held a position of 江寧府 江防同知 in 乾隆 periods.
▲ 安徽通志（清道光刊本）卷56 folio 9 mentions 熊會玜：「官江蘇知府」, CBDB/熊會玜 gives his birth year as 1702 and death year 1762. I suspect 熊會～ and 熊會玜 are same person and thus ～ is a variant of 玜.
