This one is the variant of 義 (zh:yì; yue:ji6; vi:nghĩa), and U+31ECC 𱻌 is the variant of 羕 (zh:yàng; yue:joeng6; vi:dàng, dạng), that means they are non-cognates, but they could be interchanged to use as the components.
