Is it the 反切下字 (fanqie lower character) of 悶 (see Evidence 2)?

The kFanqie property value for 悶 is 莫困, and the evidences show the fanqie is 鄙～.
悶: 明母臻攝魂韻合口一等去聲 (被切字)
莫: 明母宕攝唐韻開口一等入聲 (反切上字)
困: 溪母臻攝魂韻合口一等去聲 (反切下字)
That means the fanqie matches the character 悶.

However, 鄙 is 幫母 and 三等, that means the reading of character 被切字 should be 齐齿呼. 幫母 and 明母 are not totally the same.
鄙: 幫母止攝脂韻開口三等上聲 (反切上字)

At least, the submitted character should be as below.
？母臻攝魂韻合口三等(?)去聲 (反切下字)

Isn't it U+959F 閟 bì, not U+60B6 悶 mèn?

閟: 幫母止攝脂韻開口三等去聲 (被切字)
兵: 幫母梗攝庚韻開口三等平聲 (反切上字)
媚: 明母止攝脂韻開口三等去聲 (反切下字)

And the usage of 鄙 is the same as 兵 as the shengmu (声母), that means the submitted character should be as below.
？母止攝脂韻開口三等去聲

On the other hand, 異 is shown as below. (羊吏切)
以母止攝之韻開口三等去聲

脂韻 and 之韻 are very close in middle Chinese, so we can guess the submitted character should be as below.
以母止攝脂韻開口三等去聲 (Putonghua reading: yì)
That means the unification request on Comment #8 is also acceptable.
