Note that ⿰鱼戚 is an orphan character, ⿰魚戚 is not encoded. It is very unusual that a name of fish in Yangtze river is not encoded, unless it is a species discovered in recent years. Because 中华人民共和国地名大词典 does not give the text references, it is impossible to reason what ⿰鱼戚 should be. I guess it should have been 鳜, an endemic rare species.

I would suggest pending more evidences, especially historical evidences of ⿰魚戚.

The submitted evidence mentioned Chongqing City. There is no 戚鱼 or ⿰鱼戚鱼 as the local name in Chongqing. Maybe it is the error of 鳡. 鳡鱼 (local name: 水老虎/tiger in the river, Elopichthys bambusa). This character should be withdrawn.

No more evidence could be found, it's really hard to know what kind of fish it is. Withdraw should be better.
