Review Comments
▲ 浙江通志（清乾隆刊本）卷102 folio 17 gives 秸, which further indicates that the text is a quote from 海鹽縣圖經.
▲ 海鹽縣圖經（清乾隆刊本）卷4 folio 12 also gives 秸. Though it was published later than 浙江通志, it is quite unlikely that this version will get cross-checked with 浙江通志.
I think it is a corrupted form of 秸, consider pending more evidences.
