The evidence says that this is an erroneous form of 躭. U+2EB2E 𮬮 is another encoded character composed of bird and 冘. They are possibly related.

The second evidence shows the fanqie is 直賃切. 𮬮 (U+2EB2E) is the variant of 鴆 (U+9D06) without any doubt. Kangxi Dictionary shows the fanqie of 鴆 (U+9D06) is 直禁切 (note that other fanqies are not related to this topic). The finals (韻母) of 賃禁 are both 侵B and the tone are both 去聲 here. So the pronunciations between this character and 𮬮 (U+2EB2E) are the same.

This was not discussed in IRG 58, but I believe the disunification of U+9B06 鴆 and U+2B6B2 𫚲 is not sufficient to prevent unification between GKJ-00351 and U+2EB2E, because U+2B6B2 𫚲 is in Extension C and it is a single source character with TD-6727, which has a pronunciation identical with U+9B06 鴆.
