After the CJK component block being encoded, what if someone find an encoded “component” is “the real Hanzi”? We need a solution on that before encoding the components.

My understanding is that the components will be encoded as ordinary CJKUI (even if they are in a block called something like "CJK Components"), so they will be unifiable with "real Hanzi" with the same glyph form. My recollection is that this issue was discussed and in the IRG meeting.
