Is the right component actually 会? It looks like it might be some variant of the right side of 陰, cf. the caoshu forms included below (from zi.tools):

Yes the right component is not 会, it is a simplified form of ⿱𠆢镸. The glyph should be modified to match the evidence.

Change IDS to ⿰染⿱𠆢𠫓

Per #4157, the glyph has not been updated to match the evidence. The IDS also needs to be updated per #4158.
