Review Comments
The glyph shown in the evidence is suspicious because no other encoded character has the component ⿱宷日. It is possibly an error for U+2AB3A 𪬺 (K5-01E2). Consider unifying to 𪬺 (U+2AB3A) if cognate.
On 2021-09-02, KR already mentioned that KR will change the glyph, IDS, SC, TS as suggested by Eiso (田 -> 日)
This is used in a personal name and therefore KR suggests not to unify.

IRG did not discuss and make a decision, which explains why KR did not send a modified glyph (font) to IRG.
When and if IRG decides to change the glyph of SN01413 / KC 05106, KR will submit a modified glyph to IRG.

The evidence is "Passers List for Scholarly Degrees [司馬榜目, Sama bangmok]" published by the government during Joseon Dynasty and, therefore, it is highly unlikely that there is an error in the evidence. KR suggests that it not be unified to 𪬺 (U+2AB3A).
We can find 朴恂 in 『정묘식년사마방목(丁卯（1653）式年司馬榜目)』:
Note that their father's information here is consistent. Here we can learn that 朴恂 has a brother named 朴恦 and 朴贒 was still alive as of 1653.

I think 朴恦 and 朴⿰忄⿱宷日 probably refer to the same person. Maybe 朴恦 changed his name. After all changing name is not very uncommon as we can see in the page above, 李澐 changed his name to 李沇.
For character 𪬺, I couldn't find more evidences for 朴𪬺. But we do have 李𪬺 in 承政院日記 승정원일기 821책 (탈초본 45책) 영조 12년 3월 12일 병오 29/31 기사, suggesting that 𪬺 is also a name character.
The website people.aks.ac.kr is also normalizing ⿰忄⿱宷日 to 𪬺, which suggests that they could be unifiable:
